Bence builds technology companies from the engineering floor up: the architecture, the delivery process and the team. Over 16 years he has worked across startups, scale-ups and enterprise, from trading platforms at IG and Caplin to cloud media systems at Merapar and digital-asset infrastructure at io.finnet.

He combines product and engineering in one seat, and having founded and run his own companies, he thinks about runway as much as technology.

At Camio, Bence leads the platform: scalable cloud architecture that turns fast audits into live asset registers, reports and reuse across whole estates.

Nitesh has spent more than 25 years putting sustainability, circular economy and net zero at the heart of the built environment. As a director at Royal BAM Group he led its sustainability strategy, and he is a founding member of ACAN - Architects Climate Action Network. He has advised Defra on waste policy, supported UKGBC on net zero building verification, and advises Zero Waste Scotland, The Crown Estate and Canary Wharf Group.

He is a Non-Executive Director at the University of Buckingham, a board member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School, and coaches senior leaders at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Justin has spent 25 years in product, service and digital design and engineering. He has held leadership roles at some of the world’s best design agencies, including Huge, Method and Sapient, and designed trading systems for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.

In 2012 he pioneered circular economy in the workplace by founding Reyooz, a marketplace that rehomed more than a million products with hospitals, schools and charities instead of sending them to waste. Working with British Land, Landsec, Microsoft and more than 100 other blue-chip clients, it saved over 80,000 tonnes of embodied carbon.

At Camio, Justin is building the technology to let every organisation achieve the same results: eliminating waste and creating circular cities.
