Circular Economy Statement support.
Make your Circular Economy Statement easier to write and easier to prove. Camio provides the audits, data and reporting it relies on, at every stage of the scheme.

What circular economy statement support is.
GLA-referable schemes in London must submit a Circular Economy Statement under London Plan Policy SI 7. It sets out how the design keeps materials in use, how demolition and construction waste will be managed, and how the targets will be met.
The statement draws on a pre-redevelopment audit and a pre-demolition audit, and is updated as the scheme moves through planning and construction.
- Audit evidence for retention, reuse and recycling decisions
- Data to report against the targets at each stage
Why it matters.
The GLA asks for Circular Economy Statement information at several stages, including the post-completion report. Targets include diverting 95% of construction and demolition waste from landfill, and the evidence has to hold up.
Most of the effort is in the data. When audits and tracking sit in separate spreadsheets, updating the statement at each stage becomes a project in itself.

The Camio difference
Camio Circular Economy Statement support.
Camio keeps the audits, decisions and outcomes for your scheme in one live inventory. Reports for each stage are generated from that inventory in minutes, so your statement stays in step with what is really happening on site.
Because Camio tracks items after they leave site, your post-completion reporting can show where materials actually went, not just where they were planned to go.

Every asset, every life
Most audits describe a building on one day. Camio follows every asset for life.
Each item keeps its record through every life, every location and every owner. That is what makes Camio the natural fit for BREEAM In-Use, SKA and estates where assets move between projects again and again.

Multiple lives
Reuse, refurbishment and resale are recorded against the same item, so carbon savings add up over every life.
Multiple locations
Moves between floors, buildings and projects are tracked, so the inventory always shows where things really are.
Multiple owners
Items keep their history when they change hands, from landlord to tenant to buyer, across your whole estate.

Questions we are often asked
Do you write the Circular Economy Statement?
[Confirm: whether Camio writes the statement or provides the audits and data to the planning consultant who does.]
Which audits does a Circular Economy Statement need?
Usually a pre-redevelopment audit where buildings could be retained, and a pre-demolition audit before anything is demolished. Your planning consultant will confirm what your scheme needs.
How does Camio help at post-completion?
Camio tracks items and materials after they leave site, so the post-completion report can show actual outcomes rather than planned ones.
